They Could Be Fireballs! @Yellowstone...

Juicing and Heath

If you haven't already, take the time to start juicing. You can get a juicer for $59.99 on Amazon (They changed the price.)

For energy, you need Vit-B12 (if you are on any medication, ask your doctor before taking even green tea.) Green tea interacts with high blood pressure meds. I use the B-12 patches which the FDA has recently banned! Why? Because they work and don't bother your stomach like the pills do for many people. They want everyone on medication for acid reflux which is a side effect of some medications.

I always juice beets. They bring oxygen to the brain and lowers blood pressure. They just finished a study on beets for the brain. The beets can be cooked along with carrots which most people don't know is good for bones, as well as eyes.

I was told I have osteopenia so the Dr. gave me a prescription for the pill but, the side effects are acid reflux, your thigh bone can snap! And the list went on.
My sister took it and has acid reflux so she has to take another pill forever!

I've advised her over the years to read the side-effects and what not to take but she took them all. Then she would say, you were right. I don't want to be right. I wanted her to hear me. So, now she goes to a nutritionist and is doing better.

I mean, why not juice even a few times a week? The powdered drinks are over-priced. One product I searched was beet powder on nuts dot com and found it has 137 mg per serving of sodium in it. SuperBeets has 65 mg per serving in theirs. Fresh beets have 0 sodium.
